Thermal rings are used to protect the stretch ceiling from deformation which can occur due to heat of some (usually halogen or other high wattage/high heat) downlights. They also strengthen the holes in the stretch ceiling for the installation of the light fittings.

Thermal rings are made of transparent polycarbonate.

Thermal rings are heat-resistant; melting point is +330 deg C.

Thermal ring’s thickness is 2 mm. We suggest you to use several thermal rings in case if the upstand height of the light fitting is bigger than the thermal ring thickness.
